The hustle and bustle of the Christmas season is over. It’s that time of year when people are looking to set that infamous “new year’s resolution.” Most people will be living it up and bingeing knowing that they will be “giving up” a portion of their lifestyle very soon. The majority of New Year’s resolutions will not survive successfully through January. Most of these resolutions will revolve around dieting or exercise. There is one crucial factor that is often overlooked — is your body healthy enough to achieve these goals?
Looking back on 2013, I have witnessed patients achieving incredible personal goals. These goals ranged from beginning a regular exercise program to improving their golf game to completing their first marathon. When they first came to our office, all of these patients experienced similar limiting factors — poor joint bio mechanics and limiting flexibility that were improved with regular chiropractic care.
